About Us

Blackledge is owned by husband and wife team Damian and Amy Siekonic. Tucked away in the lower level of an 18th century stone farmhouse, it operates as a privately funded research winery, and enjoys the freedom to experiment with more traditional fermentation methods, heirloom ingredients, the region's amazing natural yeast, barrel aging, and an avoidance of chemical additives.
