    January, 2020 - Blackledge releases a 2018 vintage early American heirloom cider - the 1811. Made from locally grown heirloom cider apples, naturally fermented and bourbon barrel aged. Available at Nektar in New Hope, PA.

    December, 2019 - Introducing a true 18th century traditional dry mead: Open vat fermentation with ale yeast, herbs and citrus; aged two years in a French Oak barrel; released at two years as a limited run of just fifty numbered bottles, with the remainder being bulk-aged for future release.     November, 2019 - Blackledge announces a limited release of just fifty bottles of an early 18th century raspberry wine. Taken from Richard Bradley's 1736 cookbook, this is a full-bodied red wine that was fermented dry with the fruit's own natural yeast, then bulk aged for two years before being bottled and released for sale.
